How Chili Week Works

CHILI SPECIALS FROM CINCINNATI’S MOST DELICIOUS RESTAURANTS

As a long overdue homage to our city’s iconic dish, Cincinnati Chili Week launched in 2024 to bring Cincinnatians their favorite chili menu items. We’re talking 3-ways, 4-ways, juicy, light, coneys, chili cheese fries, chili dip, and more! The goal of Cincinnati Chili Week is to give the people what they want—chili—and to truly celebrate our city’s love of Cincinnati culture. A week to bring chili lovers together to celebrate what this fine city has to offer with $5–$7 chili deals.

Let the Cincinnati Chili Week app take you on a Cincinnati exploration; map out your week, try new restaurants, challenge your taste buds, and share your experiences on social media with fellow Cincinnati chili lovers.

How It Works

1. Get the Chili Week app

2. Choose a participating restaurant to dine in during Chili Week

3. While you’re at the restaurant, use the app to check in. You’ll earn points toward being the Biggest Chili Lover in Cincinnati!

Check in to FOUR restaurants during the week to be entered into a drawing to win the Cincinnati Chili Week grand prize: $300 in gift cards!

The person with the most points accrued at the end of the week (must also have FOUR restaurant check-ins) will be declared the Biggest Chili Lover in Cincinnati and will also win $300 in gift cards.

Chili Week Commandments

Cincinnati Chili Week creates such strong, lusty, even insane feelings that we decided it needed its own little manifesto. Please read on...

1. THEY COULD RUN OUT

We expect that the restaurants will be extremely busy. So, if a place runs out toward the end of a shift, handle it like an adult: Go back the next day, earlier, order your chili, and thank them for working so hard. Please be nice to our restaurants.

2. THERE COULD BE WAITS

People have been talking about Cincinnati Chili Week for weeks. Don’t be surprised if restaurants have waits. In fact, be surprised if they don’t.

3. YOU WILL TIP LIKE A PRO…AND BE KIND

Special prices bring out the frugal in all of us, but please, tip generously. The people who are serving you are working harder during Chili Week than an average week. A kind word will also be welcome—these people are our friends and neighbors.

4. YOU REALLY SHOULD BUY A DRINK AND/OR OTHER FOOD

Purchase of sides and extras is not a requirement, but we think it says a lot to those working hard to bring you an extraordinary experience. Grab a side or drink and say thanks!

5. USE SOCIAL MEDIA

Snap a photo of that delicious chili and share your experiences with us! Don’t forget to tag @cincychiliweek and use #CincyChiliWeek. Also, restaurants will be encouraged to post their waits and remaining dishes for the day, so follow your favorites.

6. DINE-IN & TAKE OUT OPTIONS

These chili dishes are amazing deals. Many restaurants make their offerings dine-in only unless otherwise noted in the app or on our website. (And carry-out may be subject to a surcharge depending on the restaurant’s policy.) Please check with the individual restaurant if you plan on carrying out.
